Our School Fit Out Process

To get your project ready for term time, we’ve developed an efficient school design and build process. Here’s how we do it:

  • Site Survey

  • Space Planning and Design

  • Transformation

  • Client Aftercare

We believe the key to a successful school fit out is in the planning, so we’ll begin with a survey to evaluate your space and gauge what needs to be done to fulfil your brief. We’ll also gather as much information as possible in preparation for the next phase of the fit out process: the design.

Next, our design team will work on a space configuration to ensure you get the most out of your interiors. They can also create stunning 3D visuals so you can see a life-like representation of the design and give your input. Ultimately, we want the process to be fun for you, so we invite you to share your ideas while guiding you on practical solutions.

The third phase is the school fit out itself, which we will carry out with our project team and skilled tradespeople. With years of experience, we can do this with minimal disruption to your school while ensuring the safety of your staff and pupils. Furthermore, whether you need the works during term time or the holidays, we can make arrangements to get your project over the line as soon as possible.

We understand that schools and higher education environments are very busy places, which is why we offer a client aftercare service. Whether you need replacement furniture, repair work or anything else, we’ll be on the other end of the phone in an instant!
